Support high streets by abolishing business rates for small retailers

Keep the welcome £20 uplift in universal credit (currently due to end in April)

Support a green recovery with investment in solar power and insulation. (Portsmouth is the leading council for solar panel investment)

Invest in the next generation by supporting early years giving children the best start before joining school
