On Friday 23rd December, just two days before Christmas, Off The Record, will shut it's doors for good.
They provide free confidential counselling for young people in Portsmouth and they need just £20,000 to keep operating. This week the city council, led by the Conservatives, spent over £50m of tax payer's money buying properties across the country.
The City Council also has a fund of £475,000 in it, waiting for voluntary organisations to apply. Off The Record have applied for this fund, but the council rejected their application.
Politicians often ask people to do things for them, but this time, at Christmas, I'm asking you to do two things for other people.
