Budget Amendment for a Cleaner, Fairer, Safer City

On Tuesday 12th December, Lib Dem councillors put forward an amendment to the Conservatives' Council Budget for 2018/19. We sought to make changes which would have contributed towards making Portsmouth a cleaner, fairer and safer city. Sadly, the Portsmouth Labour councillors put forward no amendment or alternative to the Conservatives' plans whatsoever.
